Insect Pest Management : ಕೀಟ ಕೀಟ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ

Chilli thrips, aphids, yellow mite, Tobacco caterpillars and fruit borers are major pest affecting chillies

Thrips : IPM ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವಂತೆ PNSPE ಅಥವಾ ಬೇವಿನ ಸೋಪ್/ಪೊಂಗಮಿಯಾ ಸೋಪ್ (10 g/l) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ
ಅಥವಾ ಅಸೆಟಾಮಿಪ್ರಿಡ್ 20 WP (0.2g/l) ಅಥವಾ ಡೈಮಿಥೋಯೇಟ್ 30 EC (1.5 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ ಎಥಿಯಾನ್ 50 EC (2.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ ಫಿಪ್ರೊನಿಲ್ 5 SC (2.0ml/l) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ
ಅಥವಾ ಪೊಂಗಮಿಯಾ ಎಣ್ಣೆ (2.0 ಮಿಲಿ/ಲೀ ನೀರು) + ಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಕರ್ (0.5 ಮಿಲಿ/ಲೀ) + ನೀರು ಬೆರೆಸಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೀಟನಾಶಕವನ್ನು ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಿದ ಡೋಸ್‌ನ ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅಲುಗಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಮಲ್ಷನ್ ಮಾಡಿ.

ಹುಳಗಳು (ಬಿಳಿ ಹುಳಗಳು) : PNSPE (40 g/l) ಅಥವಾ ಬೇವಿನ ಸಾಬೂನು (10 g/l) ಅಥವಾ ವೆಟ್ಟಬಲ್ ಸಲ್ಫರ್ 80 WP (3.0g/l) ಅಥವಾ ಡಯಾಫೆನ್ಥಿಯುರಾನ್ 50 WP (1.0 g/l) ಅಥವಾ ಎಮಾಮೆಕ್ಟಿನ್ ಬೆಂಜೊಯೇಟ್ 5 SG (0.3 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ ಮಿಲ್ಬೆಮೆಕ್ಟಿನ್ 40 SP (0.65ml/l)

ಗಿಡಹೇನುಗಳು: PNSPE (40 g/l) ಅಥವಾ Fipronil 5 SC (1.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ Quinalphos 25 EC (2.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ Oxydemeton-methyl 25 EC (2ml/l) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ.

ಬೋರರ್ಸ್ (ಹೆಲಿಕೋವರ್ಪಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೋಡೋಪ್ಟೆರಾ ಎಸ್ಪಿಪಿ) : ಕೊರಕಗಳ ಎಳೆಯ ಮರಿಹುಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ NPV@ 100 LE/ಎಕರೆಗೆ ಸಂಜೆ ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ. ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು 1% ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಕರ್ (0.5 ಮಿಲಿ/ಲೀ) ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ. ಕೊರಕ ಬಾಧೆಗೊಳಗಾದ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊರಕ ಕೀಟದ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿ.

Indoxacarb 14.5 SC (1.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ ಥಿಯೋಡಿಕಾರ್ಬ್ 75WP (1.0 g/l) ಅಥವಾ Chlorantraniliprole 18.5 EC (0.3 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ Deltamethrin 2.8 EC (1.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ ಇಮಾಮೆಕ್ಟಿನ್ ಬೆಂಜೊಯೇಟ್ 5Gl (0.4 ಮಿಲಿ/ಲೀ) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಫಿಪ್ರೊನಿಲ್ 5 SC (2.0 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ Flubendiamide 20 WG (0.25 ml/l)

ತಂಬಾಕು ಕ್ಯಾಟರ್ಪಿಲ್ಲರ್ (ಸ್ಪೊಡೋಪ್ಟೆರಾ)
(ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ದ್ರವ್ಯರಾಶಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಯುವ ಮರಿಹುಳುಗಳು) : ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ದ್ರವ್ಯರಾಶಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರೆಗೇರಿಯಸ್ ಲಾರ್ವಾಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿ. Novaluron 10 EC (0.65 ml/l) ಅಥವಾ Novaluron 5.25 EC + Indoxocarb 4.5 SC (1.70 ml/l) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ

ಕಟ್ ವರ್ಮ್/ಆರ್ಮಿ ವರ್ಮ್ಸ್ (ಬೆಳೆದ ಸ್ಪೋಡೋಪ್ಟೆರಾ ಎಸ್ಪಿಪಿ) : ವಿಷದ ಆಮಿಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ

ಗಾಲ್ ಮಿಡ್ಜ್ : ಹೂವಿನ ಮೊಗ್ಗು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ PNSPE (40 g/l) ಸಿಂಪಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು 7-10 ದಿನಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರಾವರ್ತಿಸಿ

Management

 Mix acephate 0.5g, 2 ml of pongamia oil and 1 ml sticker and make an emulsion
(add a little water and shake thoroughly in a bottle) and make the volume to 1 lt and spray for thrips management. Alternately, spray Acephate 75 SP @ 1.5 g/l or fipronil (1 ml/l) or lamda cyhalothrin 5 EC (0.75 ml/l) or imidacloprid 200 SL (0.3 ml/l) alternately at fortnightly interval. Never repeat the same chemical again and again.

 Tomato fruit borer are also serious pests in chilli and capsicum. These affect the marketable value of the chilli crop to a great extent, if proper care is not taken. Spray specific NPV of the borer species

 Foliar application of Dimethoate (0.2%) is recommende whenever aphid attack is observed.

 Use marigold as trap crop (one row of marigold for every 18 rows of chilli) for managing tomato borer.

 Collect and destroy egg masses and immature larvae of tobacco caterpillar.

 Use poison baiting. Mix 10 Kg rice bran and 1kg of jaggery in the morning. In the evening add 250 g of methomyl 40 SP carefully and sprinkle over ridges. Caterpillars get attracted to the fermenting jaggery, eat the mixture and get killed
Repeat the baiting 2-3 times, if necessary
